REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at nikSkin. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We strive to be the best in terms of quality, affordability, and customer service. Our goal is to create life-long customers who look forward to their next shipment of nikSkin skincare products. As such, if you feel that the items you have received are not up to that standard, we will gladly accept returns.

 

Refunds

To return a product, please send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not mail packages without sending us an email first. We will then provide further instructions on returning packages for a refund.

Kindly take note that all returned Products(s) must be made within 14 days from the date that the order was delivered to or collected by you in order to be eligible for refunds.

Products purchased from anywhere other than nikskin.sg are not accepted for returns.
Upon receiving the returned Product(s), nikSkin shall proceed to process the refund back to you via the original payment method. Once the refund has been successfully made, you shall receive a refund confirmation email.

The estimated time processing time for a refund is about 14 days upon receipt of the returned Product(s).

Please be advised that the returned Product(s) must meet the following conditions before the return is accepted and the refund is processed:

  • Product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to or collected by you.
  • All Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items purchased as part of a promotional set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Any Free Gift(s), Vouchers, and/or Accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned if they are included in the purchase. If free gifts, vouchers, and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly
  • Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  • All shipping charges related to the accepted return are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, nikSkin reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

nikSkin also reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

1. Damaged / Incomplete products or sets received

Please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number, shipping, billing address information along with the photos and videos (including close-ups) of the product, showing the damages, broken seal or specifying what products are missing.

Type of Product Damages accepted:

  • Skincare products- Broken or Dented bottle/container resulting in leakage of the product or Broken Seal
  • Supplements- Broken Seal

Once you have mailed your package back to us, allow for up to 14 days to process the refund.

nikSkin reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

2. If you develop an allergic reaction to the product(s) you purchased

Please provide close-up photos or videos of the allergic reaction of the affected area and other relevant information.

Do note that you might be required to produce a Doctor’s Letter certifying that the allergic reaction was due to the product and not any other causes.

Once you have mailed your package back to us, allow for up to 14 days to process the refund.

nikSkin reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

3. Received the wrong product(s) e.g., wrong size, different product

Please provide a photo of the wrong product received and a screenshot of the order details.

The correct product will be exchanged with you within 14 days upon receipt of the claim notification email from you.

Shipping costs to return and re-delivery will be paid by nikSkin.
